This page sets out the cookies and comparable storage methods (such as local storage) that MKY Remote relies on across its website and Service. By continuing to use the site, you accept the cookies outlined here.
Only a handful of cookies are in play, and they exist purely to keep the site functioning — they log you in securely, hold your session open, and let you navigate. The Service can't operate without them, which is why they can't be turned off.
The site has a live-chat button. Nothing from our chat provider, Crisp, is loaded or stored in your browser until you press that button and confirm. If you do, Crisp sets cookies and local-storage entries (for example a session identifier) so your conversation can carry on if you reload the page or come back later. They are used to run the chat, not for advertising, and you can delete them in your browser settings, after which the chat starts fresh. The Privacy Policy explains what the chat collects.
We run no analytics or advertising cookies, and we never use cookies to sell your personal information. Should that ever change, we'll revise this page and seek your consent wherever it's required.
From your browser's settings you can delete or block cookies, or block individual sites. A clear, jargon-free walkthrough lives at allaboutcookies.org. Bear in mind that blocking the essential ones can break parts of the Service.
