Do the phones use VPNs or proxies?
No. Every iPhone runs on its own genuine mobile SIM with real carrier data. No VPN, no proxy, no datacenter IP anywhere in the path — which is the whole point. To the platforms it looks like an ordinary phone, because it is one.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You drive your phone from any browser, desktop or mobile, with full touch and keyboard control. Nothing to download.
Is the same phone reserved for me?
Yes. Devices are dedicated for the length of your rental — the same iPhone every session, never shared with anyone else.
Which iPhones do you run?
iPhone SE 2020, XR, 11, 12 mini and 13 on current iOS, plus iPhone 8 and iPhone X kept deliberately on iOS 16 — that is the version the container setup needs. Tell us what you plan to run and we will put you on the right model.
Can I get the iPhone jailbroken?
On specific models, yes — we keep a small pool of jailbroken devices for container use. Ask before you rent and we will place you on one of those. A jailbroken phone should not be restarted: the jailbreak does not survive a reboot and has to be re-applied by us. Renting a jailbroken iPhone, in detail.
How many accounts can I run on one iPhone?
We recommend three. It is enough to be worth the rental, and few enough that each account still behaves like a real person using a real phone. You are not capped at three, but we would rather you ask us than push a device past what it can carry convincingly.
How do I run multiple Instagram accounts on one iPhone?
Each account gets its own container, so Instagram sees a separate install with its own data every time instead of one app switching between logins. You choose the account from the app icon before it opens. This runs on our jailbroken devices — tell us when you rent and we will set the containers up for you. Can I schedule posts and run warmup?
Yes. There is a built-in scheduler for posts, and warmup for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook that browses like a person would — so an account is not posting into silence.
Can I post the same video to several phones at once?
Yes. Upload it once, pick the phones, and each one posts on its own staggered schedule rather than every device firing at the same second.
Which apps can I use?
Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads and Facebook are supported for scheduling and warmup. Beyond those it is a real iPhone — you use it the way you would use your own.
Can I control the phone from my own phone?
Yes. The live view works in a mobile browser as well as on desktop — same device, same controls, nothing to install.
Can my VA or team get access without sharing my login?
Yes. You can invite sub-accounts and give each one access to specific phones only. They never see your password, and you can revoke access whenever you want.
What happens if a phone goes offline?
Devices are monitored continuously and recover automatically in most cases. We are alerted the moment one drops, so it is usually back before you notice.
