This page sets out what information MKY Remote ("we", "us", "our") gathers when you use our website and Service, why we hold it, and how we look after it.
To run and secure the Service, sign you in, take payment, keep out fraud and abuse, meet our legal duties, and stay in touch with you.
We only pass information to the providers who help us operate — for example our host, our payment processor and, if you use the live chat, our chat provider Crisp — and they're bound to keep it confidential, plus to authorities where the law demands it. We never sell your personal information.
We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards. That said, no system on the internet can be promised as completely secure.
We hold information only as long as we need it to run the Service and satisfy legal requirements, then remove or anonymize it. Chat conversations are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and we delete them if you ask.
The Service isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information about children.
If you live in California, you can ask to see or delete the personal information we hold and can opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" — though we don't sell personal information. Just email [email protected].
